  I liked the style of the remodelled bathroom, the windows and skylights of the pool, jacuzzi area on the roof, the security of needing a key to use the elevator, the sun reflection of the Westin on the foyer floor, starbucks in the hotel was great for morning treats. Pillows and bedding was very nice, especially with the dark drapes... you could really get a good sleep.

  the Fluid Lounge is poorly decorated and could use more colorful paint. Felt drab, like waiting in an airport lounge.

  It's very comfort hotel for business trip in city center of Calgary. Also, the Princess Island Park is very close to this hotel. There is very beautiful view of whole city from this park.

  Air conditioned was so noisy it woke us up every time it kicked in during the night. Not recommended at all.

  I like the spa feel of the rooms.

  Not enough bathroom amenities. Lots of nice hotels these days have a small pack with cue-tips, cotton balls, etc. The room service was really sub par. A pretty sad burger for $20.50!!

  Beautiful hotel. Good value for money. Very clean comfortable and quiet. Wifi and business centre not free but I asked for this and they gave it to me once I signed up in their free hotel program. Walking distance to downtown & pedestrian mall

  The hotel is centrally located and connected to the +15 network so very convenient to get to meetings. It is efficient, as you would expect from a Westin, and has a couple of decent restaurants.

  The rooms are smaller than some other Calgary hotels I have stayed in.

  Our Westin hotel experience is very poor. We are coming calegary every month for business purpose. Every time we stay in different hotels. But our experience are, we paid too much westin hotel per night,but its service and rooms amenties are not good. Cool water, shower not working properly. And no internet provide's, and we saw beds sheet's not clean, because we saw hairs on seats, likes someboday not change the seats. And beside our room, one dog barking again and again. Westin hotel need , if someboday have dog, they need seprate room far away from other guest. Don't bother other guest'S. Very bad experience in westin hotel. Next time we don't want stay westin hotel. Thanks.
